We are always interested in connecting with talented remodeling professionals — at every level — who want to work on beautiful, high-profile residential projects in San Clemente, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, Newport Beach, and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional craftsmanship on luxury residential remodeling projects
- Work with premium materials including natural stone, hardwood, custom cabinetry, and specialty surfaces
- Collaborate with the design team to translate architectural plans into finished spaces
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and client communication
- Manage multiple project phases simultaneously with precision and reliability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-end residential remodeling
- Demonstrated portfolio of luxury home renovation projects
- Strong communication skills and client-service orientation
- Ability to work in occupied luxury homes with minimal disruption
Nice to Have
- Established network of specialty subcontractors in Orange County
- Experience with coastal California architectural styles
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
