Cindy Horner Designs partners with skilled general contractors and construction superintendents who share our commitment to quality and client experience. We work on premium residential remodeling projects — kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations — across San Clemente, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, and greater Orange County.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations on luxury residential remodeling projects
- Manage subcontractor schedules and quality of work on site
- Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Interpret and execute plans from construction drawings and permit documents
- Coordinate material deliveries and equipment logistics
- Communicate daily progress to project manager and design team
Qualifications
- California General Building Contractor License (B License) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of residential remodeling in Orange County or Southern California
- Experience supervising multi-trade crews on high-end renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of residential building codes and inspection processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with luxury coastal homes and high-end finishes
- OSHA 30 certification
- Established subcontractor relationships in Orange County
