Skilled finish carpenters needed for luxury residential remodeling projects across Orange County, CA. High-end kitchens, custom built-ins, trim work, and millwork.
About This Role
We are looking for experienced finish carpenters with an eye for detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship. At Cindy Horner Designs, finish carpentry is a defining element of every project — from custom built-in shelving and entertainment walls to trim work, window casings, and crown moldings in luxury coastal homes.
Responsibilities
- Install custom trim, moldings, casing, and finish carpentry throughout residential projects
- Build and install custom built-in shelving, entertainment walls, and media centers
- Install pre-manufactured and custom cabinetry
- Execute detailed millwork in kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces
- Read and follow architectural plans and construction drawings
- Maintain a clean, professional job site
Qualifications
- 3+ years of finish carpentry experience on residential remodeling projects
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Experience with custom built-ins, entertainment walls, and fine trim work
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Own tools and reliable transportation
Nice to Have
- Experience with white oak, custom millwork, and luxury wood species
- Cabinet installation experience
- Previous work on luxury homes in Orange County
