Kitchen Remodeling Specialist

Cindy Horner Designs is a premier design-build firm specializing in luxury kitchen remodels across Orange County. We are always looking for experienced kitchen remodeling professionals who take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and client communication. If you have hands-on experience with high-end kitchen renovations in Southern California, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Execute full kitchen remodels from demolition through final installation
- Coordinate with design team on premium countertop and cabinetry installation
- Work with Dekton, Silestone, and other luxury surface materials
- Install custom cabinetry, hardware, and finish carpentry
- Interpret architectural plans, construction drawings, and permit documents
- Maintain job site cleanliness and client communication throughout the project
- Collaborate with subcontractors including plumbers, electricians, and tile setters
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential kitchen remodeling experience in Orange County or Southern California
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings and floor plans
- Experience with luxury kitchen materials and premium countertop installation
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Nice to Have
- Experience with Cosentino (Dekton/Silestone) products
- Familiarity with HOA approval processes in Orange County
- Previous work on coastal California homes
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
