About This Role
The design-build model at Cindy Horner Designs means every team member is part of a seamless process — from initial concept and 3D visualization through permit drawings, construction, and final styling. We are always looking for professionals at every level who are passionate about the intersection of design and construction in luxury residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full design-build project lifecycle
- Collaborate across design, production, and field teams
- Contribute expertise in your specialty area (design, construction, project management)
- Uphold Cindy Horner Designs' standards for quality, client communication, and creativity
Qualifications
- Experience in a design-build, architecture, or construction environment
- Strong collaborative skills and team orientation
- Passion for residential design and luxury home construction
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
- Previous experience at a design-build firm
- Exposure to both design and field/construction operations
- Interest in the luxury coastal California residential market
